What 9 years of living in Kelby Creek has been like.

For nine years, we've called Kelby Creek home, yet it has been marred by ongoing abuses from our HOA board president and harassment towards our children. This website is our platform to share the challenges we've faced, advocate for change, and connect with others experiencing similar struggles.

Our story is not just about conflict; it's about our community's journey towards fairness and respect for every resident, and the only way things change is when bullying and abuse of power is brought to light.

We're not all bad.

99.9% of the people who live in Kelby Creek are amazing, kind, and friendly people. They wave when they see you, they watch out for kids on the roads, and they keep an eye out for unfamiliar vehicles. But as they say a few bad apples ruin the batch. Over the last 9 years, we've documented our experiences. Hoping the board and the sentiment towards kids would change.

That hasn't happened and unfortunately this is the only way can think to affect change. By releasing everything that we've experienced and the stories that have been shared with us.
